If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. TahdbNa™ will cover return shipping only if the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by TahdbNa™.
